Biden’s Election Interference

The following is not intended as any sort of detailed legal analysis, but rather, written to demonstrate how Biden and the Democrats are playing their political games.

In New York – – –

Trump was charged.

Trump was tried.

Trump was convicted.

Trump raised around $50 million in 24 hours following the conviction.

Trump raised even more in the subsequent days.

Then, in Washington, DC – – –

Biden announced executive action on border protection.

Of course the New York trial was and remains a modern-day persecution through prosecution. Lawfare. An attempt to affect the outcome of the 2024 presidential election, no doubt; as are each of the other criminal cases against Trump in Florida, Georgia and Washington, D.C. Each, an open attack by Democrats using lawfare against the presumptive Republican candidate for the highest office in the United States. (We’re not even mentioning the silly civil cases and penalties against Trump.)

In New York, Donald Trump was charged with falsifying business records for payments made to his attorney, Michael Cohen, reimbursing him for his lump-sum payment to Stormy Daniels. Supposedly, the alleged false entries took place in 2017, after the 2016 election, even though the payment was made in 2016.

So, how, oh how was this done to affect to Trump’s benefit the 2016 election? The payment in 2016 was not illegal, nor alleged to be the basis for the trumped-up charges. The record keeping, after the election could not possibly have affected an election already held.

But, on the other hand, all of Trump’s criminal charges, each brought by Democrats up and down the Eastern Seaboard, arose after Trump announced just last year he was again throwing his MAGA hat into the ring and running for president. There can be no reasonable doubt that all these charges, in Florida, Georgia, Washington and New York, have indeed been filed in an overt and blatant attempt to affect and interfere with the 2024 presidential election.

No doubt whatsoever.

But, I digress. Back to Biden’s statement on “border protection.” For years, President Biden has forcefully and repeatedly stated that he cannot act alone, that Congress had to grant him authority to protect a border that has allowed 10 million illegal entries and countless “gotaways,” unknown to anyone since Biden entered the White House in January, 2017. (We’ll ignore again that there are already numerous laws on the books proscribing illegal entry into the United States and prescribing the steps to be taken to protect the border, and thus, the nation.

All the sudden though, after the conclusion of the New York case that resulted in what Democrats thought would strike a fatal blow to Donald Trump’s campaign, Trump raised millions of dollars in a few short hours.

Panic. Panic. Panic by the Democrats and the Biden campaign. As they try to demean, discount, diminish and downplay Trump, the nation is rising up and standing behind him. And not just Republicans. Independents in waves are setting themselves up as, if not Trump supporters, Biden opponents.

Panic. Panic. Panic. What, oh what can the administration do, if their lawfare is failing?

Oh, of course. Biden’s handlers and advisors certainly know that a recent Gallup poll found that illegal immigration and border security have risen to the top of Americans’ concerns.

There’s the answer! Biden will miraculously and all the sudden realize he has authority after all to take steps to close the border. Or at least he’ll pretend he has authority and he’ll pretend to close the border. The specifics don’t matter as much here in this article (because his order still allows up to 2,500 illegal entries per day and frankly will not stop illegal border crossings) as the reason for his action.

Biden is taking action as president to affect the 2024 election. He all the sudden wants to appear to be feverishly and forcefully addressing the border issues he has not touched, except for early executive orders reversing Trump’s successful border control policies, since entering office.

(To be sure, Biden did not cause the general border insecurity, since illegal entries through the wide-open border have has occurred for as long as anyone remembers, but he certainly aggravated it and caused the current out-of-control situation.)

So, until this week, Biden has claimed that any executive action on the border would be illegal, claiming that Congress had to pass a law before he could act. This week, Biden acted without Congressional authority. Thus, he acted, in his own words, illegally.

Flowing logically from what we have discussed above, Biden’s illegal actions were taken to bolster support for his 2024 campaign for president.

So, at least according to the logic of Trump’s recent New York court conviction, didn’t Biden take illegal action to affect, change or alter the outcome of a presidential election?

Absolutely!

Biden has taken to calling Trump a convicted felon.

Perhaps we play the same game and start calling Biden an unconvicted felon.

Tit for tat.

Eye for an eye.

Quid pro quo.

The entire nation should pay close attention to Biden’s actions because from here on out, everything he claims to be doing for the nation will be done solely to draw in support for his candidacy.
