IMPEACHED! AGAIN.

Today I watched members of the U.S. House of Representatives as they debated yet another impeachment of President Trump.

Spoiler Alert –

The ultimate conclusion of this article is that the House of Representatives, currently controlled by Democrats, is a circus. These so-called representatives do not represent anything other than their vicious, vile desire to destroy a man. Yes, a man who has been vicious and vile in his own right, but that man is the President of the United States, at least for another week.

Now, to the article:

Impeached! Again.

Impeached because a group of agitators and chaos-seekers stormed the Capitol, violating the principals of freedom and independence, creating an atmosphere of death and injury.

And, as with all troubles these days – Blame Trump!

Every single person involved in breaking in and entering of the U.S. Capitol last week should be ashamed. Each and every individual who committed crimes at the Capitol should be charged with whatever crime they committed, no matter where they live or what their intent was when they entered that historic building.

And, finally, anyone involved in the death of the U.S. Capitol police officer Brian Sicknick should be arrested, tried for and convicted of murder.

Sadly, many who entered the Capitol probably did not do so with criminal intent, but were sheep, weak-minded, following those who sought nothing but chaos and destruction. They are guilty, at a very minimum, of stupidity. If there were a criminal charge for stupidity, perhaps they’d be guilty, but there is not. But those who committed criminal acts should be held accountable.

As stated in this article last week, normal, everyday people like you and me were not a part of last week’s attack on the Capitol, just as normal, everyday people were not responsible for the violent riots of last summer.

But. But. But, to impeach a president for allegedly inciting violence and insurrection is just wrong, without actual proof and evidence, no matter how reckless and inflammatory his words. There were no hearings. There was no evidence proffered. There were no witnesses. There was no chance for defense.

Just talk. Talk, talk, talk.

The Democrats are no strangers to impeachment without evidence, of course. Remember 2019? They did it then, claiming President Trump attempted to bribe Ukraine into forking over information about Joe and Hunter Biden, without any legitimate evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors, not to mention any legal wrongdoing at all.

And they did it today.

But Democrats don’t care about truth and will do anything to further damage the presidency and the man, Donald Trump.

Yes, Trump is loud-mouthed, unkind, rude, selfish, arrogant – I could add many more adjectives but you get the picture.

And perhaps his words were, as stated above, reckless and inflammatory.

But, did he incite insurrection? Let’s look at what Trump said in his 70 minute speech at a “Save America” rally on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, which created the basis of the Democrats’ one article of impeachment. Click here to read the entire transcript. Or read below for just a few passages:

“I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard. Today, we will see whether Republicans stand strong for integrity of our elections. But whether or not they stand strong for our country, our country. Our country has been under siege for a long time. Far longer than this four year period.”

“Our brightest days are before us. Our greatest achievements still wait. I think one of our great achievements will be election security because nobody until I came along had any idea how corrupt our elections were, and again most people would stand there at 9 o’clock in the evening and say I want to thank you very much, and they go off to some other life, but I said something is wrong here, something is really wrong, can’t have happened and we fight, we fight like hell, and if you don’t fight like hell you’re not going to have a country anymore.”

“So we are going to–we are going to walk down Pennsylvania Avenue, I love Pennsylvania Avenue, and we are going to the Capitol, and we are going to try and give–the Democrats are hopeless, they are never voting for anything, not even one vote but we are going to try–give our Republicans, the weak ones because the strong ones don’t need any of our help, we’re try–going to try and give them the kind of pride and boldness that they need to take back our country. So let’s walk down Pennsylvania Avenue. I want to thank you all. God bless you and God bless America. Thank you all for being here. This is incredible. Thank you very much. Thank you.”

You decide. Reckless? Inciteful of violence? High crime? Misdemeanor?

Did he incite insurrection? No evidence was presented other than his words. Perhaps he did; perhaps he did not. But a one-day photo op of as many members of Congress as they could drum up was not sufficient to actually make the case.

In other words, Congress is a circus, acting the part and entertaining the masses.

I would not support a Trump run for presidency in 2024 and honestly would fight to keep him out of office again. We do not need another four years of rude, belligerent behavior from the individual elected to stand as the figurehead of our nation.

That said, this ill-conceived impeachment wreaks of a political witch hunt. The first impeachment proceedings were nothing but lies. In today’s hearings, the Democrats spoke nothing but opinions, mixed with lies, claiming over and over that Trump incited the violence wreaked on the Capitol.

Impeachment in this instance is not just wrong, it is unconstitutional. Congress neither demonstrated nor proved that Donald Trump incited any wrongdoing. Perhaps he is guilty of animated delusion, or vociferous defense of his election, which he has the right to do, but committed no wrongdoing, at least pursuant to what Congress presented as evidence.

Opinion does not equal evidence.

The circus continues its long run in Washington and the Democrat clowns proved today that their show continues without intermission. And Congress charges you an arm and a leg to watch their shenanigans.

If you do not feel the urgency to rethink everything, you need to sit down and just watch what your representatives are doing to us and our nation.

Rethink. Change.

Get to it!
